This is the register and data protection statement of Open Company Masterpiece Design / Frankly Behavior Design according to the Personal Data Act (Sections 10 and 24) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Prepared on 13 September 2022.

Legal basis and purpose of personal data processing

According to the EU's General Data Protection Regulation, the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the related customer or job applicant relationship, the customer's or applicant candidate's consent, an assignment given by the customer, or another relevant connection. The information collected by Yritys Oy is in accordance with the law and only bound to a specific purpose of use. We will not disclose your information to third parties unless there is an appropriate reason for doing so.

Information is stored as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected and processed, or as long as the law and regulations require it.

The purpose of processing personal data is to enable contact with customers and the maintenance of customer relations.

Information content and groups of people in the register

The information to be recorded in the register is:

a) basic information of a person who is or has been a customer of the controller, such as name and contact information (address, e-mail address, telephone number).


b) information related to the customer relationship between the controller and data subjects, such as appointment information, information about meetings, possible direct marketing permits and prohibitions, and other communication between the parties and information related to the service.

Information is stored for the periods permitted by law.
 

Regular sources of information

The information stored in the register is obtained from the customers themselves, for example from messages sent via www forms, by e-mail, by telephone, through social media services, customer meetings and other situations where the customer gives their information.

Regular transfers of data and transfer of data outside the EU or EEA

Your personal data will only be used for communication between the company and you, and will not be passed on to any other parties.

Principles of registry protection

Care is taken when processing the register and the information processed with the help of information systems is properly protected. When registry data is stored on Internet servers, the physical and digital data security of their equipment is properly taken care of. The registrar ensures that stored data as well as server access rights and other data critical to the security of personal data are handled confidentially and only by those employees whose job description it is. Users are bound by a duty of confidentiality. Manually maintained materials are located in premises to which unauthorized persons have been prevented from accessing.

The disposal of materials containing personal data is done securely.

The right of inspection and the right to demand correction of information

Every person in the register has the right to check their information stored in the register and demand the correction of any incorrect information or the completion of incomplete information. If a person wants to check the information stored about him or demand correction, a written request should be sent to the controller at riitta@frankly.fi.

The information is given to the customer in an understandable form and, if necessary, in writing. The controller will respond to the customer within the time stipulated in the EU data protection regulation (generally within a month). 

Other rights related to the processing of personal data

A person in the register has the right to request the removal of personal data about him from the register ("the right to be forgotten"). Those registered also have other rights according to the EU's General Data Protection Regulation, such as limiting the processing of personal data in certain situations. A written request should be sent to the controller at riitta@frankly.fi. The controller responds to the customer within the time stipulated in the EU data protection regulation (generally within a month).

How we use cookies

We use cookies. We use cookies to collect website visitor statistics and analyze the data. Our goal is to develop the quality and content of our website in a user-oriented manner. Visitor data is anonymized and we do not send it to third parties. You can also deny the use of cookies if you wish.

The website uses both session-specific and tracking cookies. The session-specific cookies collected on our pages remain in the memory while the browser is open, but are destroyed when the browser is closed. The user's browser tells if the tracking cookie is already in use. If it is not found, a new cookie is placed in the browser. We never pass on the user data obtained from the tracking cookies to a third party, e.g. to sell the data for marketing purposes.

It should be noted that third-party services that use cookies or other tracking objects through our services may have their own data collection and storage methods. Control of these practices is beyond the scope of this policy, and we do not exercise any control over these practices.
